share with us!
This area of endurelife.com is for you to share your stories, problems, or just vent. I only ask that you don’t just complain. Complaining doesn’t accomplish anything, but discussing problems while looking for the answer does wonders. I would love to post your stories, but keep in mind this is not a complaint department. So when you share please tell us what God did to help you through your trial or if your still in the trial tell us what you want Him to help you with. This way you can start to look for the thing you need Him to be for you. When you are hurt ask Him for healing, when you are depressed ask Him for joy etc. Always look for what God can be for you in your time of need, and share it with us!
We all go through things that are tough. What may be tough for you might not be for someone else, but your trial is still relevant. I don’t think any of us are imprisoned for the gospel, but that doesn’t make our pain or suffering any less valid. God cares about all our concerns, and so do we. There is no story too big or too small to send us. Help us encourage people by sending us your stories! We will read them and then post them for all to see. If you want you can make them anonymous. Who knows you may just save someone’s life.
Please send your stories to stories@endurelife.com
Thanks,
Dustin

Hi Dustin!
What an encouraging and uplifting blog! I am a friend of your Mom’s and am so pleased that she shared what her amazing son has done. The fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree. Please be encouraged to continue. If your blog moves only one person to give their life to the Lord then it is all worth it. From the looks of it, you’re going to move mountains! I will look forward to checking in often. By the way…I’d love to give my son one of your shirts! Any plans to market them? He loves to spark interest by wearing Christian-message T-shirts. Please let us know.
I call you blessed,
Terri

Hey Dustin, I just want to take a moment to honor YOU, my wonderful son-in-law. Just as you feel that your website is an open air communication to the world allow me to use it to honor you for just a moment.
When my daughter told me that she had met some guy on the internet and that he was coming to meet “us”, I must admit I was incredibly weirded out to put it lightly. Most Christian mothers would agree with me that your children are precious treasures given by God for you to nurture, protect, teach, and love, and my three children are the absolute best earthly and eternal treasure that God could have ever blessed me with. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I began to give them over to the Lord and pray for their potential spouses as well as for them to become the Godly woman of God or man of God that they were meant to be. So with all of that said, I was pretty scared when my daughter says I think I have found the “one” and off the internet!!!
I know Dustin that I was hard on you in the beginning and for any pain I caused you, I am incredibly sorry and thank you for your forgiveness. I couldn’t see that God was indeed answering my prayer for so many years. I just wasn’t trusting Him because the answer wasn’t coming the “way” that I thought it was going to come. But oh my awesome God not only answered my prayer for an incredible, perfect match for my Whitney but He also blessed me with a wonderful son and friend.
Dustin, you have been the most perfect, loving, caring, protecting, nurturing, providing, husband for my daughter. I am so proud of you and thankful for your desire and heart to always please and love God through your life and actions. Thank you for taking care of my little Whitney Angel with such wisdom and love. You have so far exceeded any and all expectations that I could have dreamed. You are at the top of my list of most admired Godly men who inspire me to be a better Christian.
I also want to thank your wonderful Mom, Judy, for doing her part in raising you and praying for you. I knew when Whit said that you were going to get married also in Texas that I needed to be there and meet the “rest” of the family. I knew immediatley that your mom and I had kindred spirits and I fell in love with her as well. I thank Judy for enduring life when it was less than perfect and desirable. She has poured her faith and strength and trust in God into you and now the pouring out continues to who knows else….. so thank you, Judy, for being faithful to your God and your call as a mother. I know that you are also very proud. Thanks for sharing your Dustin with me.
Now, about your Endure Life t-shirt…I think it is so cool. I would like mine in turquoise or a pretty blue!!! You think that I am kidding but I am not. I need one.
Okay, do you feel loved and honored??? I so hope that you do. You are doing so much more in the kingdom than you will ever know and the Lord is so using this time to grow your roots deeper so that your tree can grow taller and wider.
One of my favorite verses is “Let your light so shine before men that they see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” That is what all of our life is about….not bringing glory to ourselves but living in such a way people recognize there is a God in heaven who works on earth and therefore they can’t help but acknowledge His goodness and greatness and existence. Cool.
Well, always remember that I love you so much and am so very proud of you, ALWAYS!!
Love,
His vessel,
Your Mom too!!
Robin
